At the start of this year, I made a decision — not to play small anymore.
I hired the best digital marketing team in the business.
Brought on a professional YouTube video crew.
And started investing over $1,000 a month in paid ads — not because I had to, but because I knew I was capable of more.
I built the systems to scale from 6 to 7 figures and, more importantly, created a blueprint for other agents to do the same.
So far this year, I’ve personally attracted 17 agents to my brokerage and supported my partners as they brought in 56 more. Together, we’ve already closed 533 homes and $161M in volume — and we’re just getting started.
